1. Who we are

Park Ready is a trading name of Data Compass Ltd (“we”, “our” or “us”). We provide reliable window cleaning and exterior care for homes, park homes and holiday homes in Hastings and surrounding areas. This policy explains how we collect, use and look after your personal information when you enquire about or use our services.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry via our website, telephone us or email us, we may collect:

• Your name and contact details (telephone number and email address)
• The address of the property to be cleaned, including property name or house number, street, town or locality, postcode, and — where relevant — holiday park or site name and pitch or plot number
• The service you have requested (a one-off clean, four-weekly window cleaning, or another exterior cleaning enquiry)
• Any notes or access instructions you choose to provide

The address we ask for is the address of the property to be cleaned, not a billing address. Where payment is taken, any billing details are collected separately at the point of payment.

3. How your enquiry is handled

When you submit the enquiry form on our website, your details are captured in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, HighLevel. We use this to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and arrange a cleaning visit if you choose to go ahead. We use your information to:

• Respond to your cleaning enquiry or quote request
• Arrange and schedule cleaning visits for your property
• Communicate with you about upcoming visits, schedule updates or invoices

Our lawful basis for using your details to respond to a quote request and arrange a clean is to take steps you have asked us to take before entering into a contract, and to provide the service if you become a customer. We keep records where necessary to meet legal and accounting obligations.

4. Customer and job management

For accepted customers, we manage cleaning schedules, job details and messages through our Squeegee management system. Existing customers can access their account through the Squeegee customer portal (located at https://squeeg.ee/portal/parkready). Information managed through Squeegee is used for service scheduling, job management and statements.

5. Payment processing

Where payment is taken, card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details on our own systems.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. In practice, this means we keep enquiry details while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can respond to any follow-up, and we keep customer and job records for as long as you are an active customer and for a reasonable period afterwards to support account management, statements and record-keeping. After that, we remove or anonymise the information unless we are required to keep it for longer to meet a legal or accounting obligation.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking cookies. A separate cookie policy will be added before any such tools are introduced.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Be informed about how we use your information
• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Ask us to delete your information where appropriate
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your information

We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
